    Please provide requirements such as:
    1. Police Report Letter;
    2. Uk's latest photo. 5R;

    5. Willing to Make Video Calls For Investigation Continued;
    6. Declaration of Not Having an ANOA Account

  • Why can't I login to the site?

    Your login failure could be caused by one of the following reasons this:
    1. System Limitations

  • Can I use my ANOA account on another device?

    Yes, you can use your ANOA account on other devices. Which All you need is to log in to your ANOA account using the username and the password that you registered at the time of registration.

  • How do I close my account on an expired device i use?

    If you want to close the account on the previous device please contact our customer service to get further instructions

  • What should I do if I forget my Password/User Name?

    • Stage 1
    If you forget your Password or User Name when you want to log in, you simply follow the steps:
    1. Click “Forgot Password/User name?” on the login page
    2. Enter your registered email in the email
    column 3. Click Reset Password
    4. Check your email and follow the instructions in the email
    5. Enter new Password
    6. Confirm new password
    7. Click continue

  • Why doesn't my Top Up contents go to ANOA?

    Top Up will be done by users by buying ANOA on exchanger where ANOA is already listed. Then the user does transfer ANOA from your personal wallet located on the exchanger linked to your personal ANOA wallet. Please attach proof of transaction to Customer Service ANOA.

  • Why doesn't my Top Up match when I do transfer?

    When transferring assets from wallet exchanger to ANOA wallet, the user will be charged an admin fee listed on the respective exchanger page regarding information cost.

  • How do I change email?

    Email cannot be changed again once registered

  • What banks can be used for Top Up?

    Banks that can be used for Top Up is a policy from the respective exchanges that provide the ANOA token.

  • How do I register with ANOA?

    1. Open the ANOA service site at https://anoatoken.com
    2. Fill in your full name according to your KTP.
    3. Fill in the User Name you want.
    4. Enter the email address you want to register. e-mail that registered cannot be changed again if it has been registered.
    5. Fill in your phone number.
    6. Click Register.
    7. Open your e-mail
    8. Click the link contained in the email
    9. Create a password according to what you want then confirm
    10. Login to enter your account

  • Is a PIN required?

  • How do I close my ANOA account?

    Account closure is permanent and irreversible. After your account has been successfully closed & deleted, you will not be able to sign in/login and view your account history again.
    You can follow these steps to close ANOA account:
    1. Select the menu with your name
    2. Select “Security and Protection”
    3. Select “Close Account”
    4. Click "Yes, I've read and agree"
    5. Write down the reason for closing the account
    6. Click “Continue”
    7. Your account is in the process of closing
    Note:
    If you close the account, all data stored on your ANOA account will be automatically deleted.

  • How do I unfreeze my account?

  • Why was my account banned?

    ANOA blocks user accounts that violate the Terms and Conditions. Make sure that you have read, understand, understand and agree all contents in the Terms and Conditions.
